After attaining a BEng and Phd in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, Mustafa continued his work in the power systems and renewable industry as a senior consultant. His passion for strengthening cohesive societies inspired Mustafa to become an active community volunteer. He has been an active volunteer since 2002, working for supplementary schools in Manchester and the North West where he resides. Mustafa’s enthusiasm for greater understanding between people of different backgrounds led him to the Dialogue Society, through which he aims to contribute towards bridge-building between communities in Manchester.
