Lets Celebrate together: A season of Eid, Hannuka and Christmas
The Dialogue Society organised a joint celebration of Eid, Hannuka and Christmas to mark the coinciding festivals of all three Abrahamic Faiths. Representatives of the Christian, Muslim and Jewish community joined the Dialogue Society in an evening of festivity consisting of video clips, presentations and a delicious buffet of food. Each faith representative spoke about the spiritual significance of their festival and shared the traditions adopted by their communities.
The programme ended with participants expressing a desire to further relations with each other and develop new projects addressing the needs of the community.
