Interfaith Clean - Up Project (2) in Leeds

Sun, 25 Oct 2009 12:00 in Outreach & Participation

After 4th October experience, we had the opportunity to take part in the Interfaith Clean-up Project organized by Leeds Faith Forum for the second time on the 25th October. We worked with our hosts to clean and cut-back the vegetation and paint the gates in Armley at Common Rights Trust Land. We had a lunch break at noon with delicious lunch prepared and catered by the Sikh Community

and finished the cutting off vegetation and tree branches that need cutting and trimming at Armley Common Rights Trust Land. Dialogue Society North volunteers have enjoyed working together for the environment in Leeds and would like to thank our hosts at Leeds Faith Forum for organizing such a beneficial event.
