The Dialogue Society provides consultancy and coaching to a number of regional dialogue organisations and groups across the UK. Consultancy is provided on organisational set-up, internal management and structuring, optimisation of output and quality of service, project development and delivery and other areas of related work. The form of consultancy includes fortnightly day-long meetings and training, annual workshops and telephone support and help.

The Dialogue Society provides this service for free, considering it a vital opportunity to develop partnership and collaborative work. The Dialogue Society currently acts as consultant to a number of regional and national groups. The Dialogue Society also provides such regional organisations with the know-how, literature and skills for new projects and initiatives. As a result of the Dialogue Society's support and coaching, a number of regional organisations have opted to become independent Dialogue Society branches in the regions in which they are based.
