    Paul Dowson is a Senior Lecturer in Personal Development in Leeds Metropolitan University’s School of Applied Global Ethics (SAGE). He has been teaching Personal Development for over a decade (7 years at Leeds Met). He has developed with Prof Simon Robinson the Responsible Engagement Personal Development Programme in SAGE. This innovatively places the so called responsibility agenda at the heart of the programme. Responsible Engagement includes an accredited module in volunteering. Paul is a qualified University teacher (PGCE) as well as being a graduate of the Universities of East Anglia (BA Development Studies); Leeds (MBA); and St Johns College (Theology).
