Volunteers from the Dialogue Society distributed free Doner Kebab meals from a mobile catering vehicle in Angel & Camden Town, London. Meals were distributed to passers-by together with leaflets explaining the Muslim festival of Festival Eid al-Adha (Kurban). Volunteers explained the significance of Muslims sharing the Eid meal with their friends and neighbours as well as distributing it to the most needy within their communities
Passers-by who enjoyed the meal expressed their gratitude and an interest in learning about future activities to be organised by the Dialogue Society.
