Why The Dialogue Circle
Dialogue Society brings people together across difference – at shared tables, in schools, and in community conversations. But dialogue only works when it is consistent: when the table is there every time, when someone who feels alone can rely on a friendly check-in, and when young leaders can keep growing week after week.
The Dialogue Circle is our community of regular givers. Your gift creates steady, dependable support so our work stays open, welcoming, and accessible to all – and so more people can say, “I found my place.”
How it works
- Choose a monthly tier that feels right for you (or give a one-off Lifetime Companion gift).
- Your support helps keep programmes running consistently – shared tables, loneliness support, youth leadership, school sessions, and roundtables.
- Every quarter, we share totals funded (seats, months of support, youth sponsorships, trainings, school sessions, and roundtables).
- Perks are small tokens of closeness and gratitude. You can opt out of physical items if you would rather every penny go to programme delivery.

Each tier below includes one simple “year of giving” package (chosen from the examples) to show what your support can help enable over 12 months.
Friends – £10/month
Friends keep the circle warm – making sure dialogue starts, even in small moments that tell someone: you belong here.

Lifetime Perks
Lifetime Companions make a once-in-a-lifetime gift – keeping dialogue going for the long term and strengthening the next generation of dialogue leaders.

We want your giving to feel both heartfelt and clear. To keep things transparent, we use simple impact units – real programme costs that show what your support helps make possible.
• £15 helps us welcome one guest to a shared table at a Dialogue Iftar or Christmas Community Dinner – so someone new feels included.
• £15 helps cover one month of befriending support and gentle check-ins for someone experiencing loneliness – a reminder that they matter.
• £100 helps train and support one young person to deliver Life of a Chickpea storytelling sessions – building confidence and empathy.
• £300 helps sponsor one young person for a year on Dialogue Society’s Youth Platform (training, mentoring, and leadership in dialogue).
• £300 helps convene one facilitated roundtable for around 20 people – a calm space where difference becomes conversation, not conflict.
• £500 helps deliver one Life of a Chickpea session for around 70 students – practising listening, respect, and community.
Your gift is pooled with other Dialogue Circle members to fund a blend of these outcomes. We share a clear quarterly update so you can see what the circle made possible – together.

Yes. You can choose a focus (shared tables, loneliness support, youth platform, schools sessions, roundtables) or give where most needed. We report what The Dialogue Circle funded every quarter.
To keep fulfilment sustainable, we recommend sending physical items after your first 3 months of giving (or immediately for Lifetime Companions). You can also opt out of physical items.

What happens next
Once you join The Dialogue Circle, we will:
- Send a welcome email and confirmation of your giving tier.
- Share your digital badge (and a simple conversation starter card) so you feel part of the circle from day one.
- Invite you into the supporters-only information channel and send your first supporter update.
- If you opted in to physical items, send them after your first 3 months of giving (or immediately for Lifetime Companions).
- Send a quarterly impact update so you can see what your support helped make possible.
