Community Consultation: A Dialogue with Your Local Police

Summary

The Dialogue Society is pleased to host the senior police staff of the Islington Police at its premises on the 3rd June at 6pm. The purpose of the meeting is to strengthen connections between the local police and local people such as Islington residents, students and businesses operating in the borough. The meeting will enable participants to air any concerns or views they have about local, or indeed national, policing which affects them. Islington police are keen to listen and learn about these concerns and would like to engage in an open and honest dialogue.

Please come along and give us your views on the policing issues that concern you and your community. The police are keen to listen and learn and respond to questions and concerns you have to help solve problems that affect you.

Some areas of concern and discussion might be:

  • Gangs & anti-social behavior
  • Stop & Search
  • Terrorism
  • Muggings
  • Assault
  • Or any other policing issue

All are welcome – All concerns are important

No need to register in advance, just turn up!
