We were pleased to attend a 3rd Newcastle Interfaith Community Engagement Event at Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Newcastle, bringing together members of the local community, faith leaders, and Chief Constable Vanessa Jardine of Northumbria Police.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, promote mutual understanding, and encourage constructive dialogue across communities. We extend our sincere thanks to Nitin Shukla for organising and coordinating this meaningful gathering.
We are also grateful to JasWinder Singh and his dedicated team for their warm hospitality. The sharing of Langar exemplified the Sikh principles of equality, service, and inclusion, reinforcing the importance of community cohesion and shared responsibility.
