Liverpool Cathedral

On 15 November, Dialogue Society Liverpool Branch organised and led a meaningful Interfaith Week programme at Liverpool Cathedral, kindly hosted with exceptional warmth and generosity by the Cathedral community. Set within the inspiring surroundings of the Cathedral, the event brought together people from diverse backgrounds for a day of reflection, creativity, and connection.

Throughout the day, Dialogue Society hosted a well-attended stall, welcoming visitors to engage in conversation, participate in an uplifting art activity, and explore shared values that unite communities. Central to the programme was the sharing of Noah’s Pudding, one of the world’s oldest desserts, presented as a powerful symbol of diversity, harmony, and coexistence.

The event provided an open and inclusive space where visitors could learn about interfaith dialogue, reflect on unity, and celebrate the richness of cultural and religious diversity. By combining storytelling, creative expression, and shared tradition, the programme strengthened community connections and encouraged meaningful engagement.

Dialogue Society Liverpool Branch extends sincere thanks to Liverpool Cathedral for hosting and supporting this special occasion. The event reflected the Branch’s ongoing commitment to building bridges through interfaith dialogue and community engagement, especially during Interfaith Week.
