The dinner was honoured by the presence of the Mayor of Sutton, Cllr Louise Phelan, the Deputy Lieutenant for the London Borough of Sutton, Vice Admiral Sir Adrian Johns KCB CBE DL, and PC Pete Cunningham from the Cheam Safer Neighbourhood Team, reflecting the importance of collaboration between communities and local institutions.

Live music by award-winning musicians Hannah White and Keiron Marshall added warmth to the evening, creating an atmosphere that encouraged openness and engagement. Hosted at The Sound Lounge, the event highlighted how shared meals and cultural moments can play a vital role in building trust, understanding and lasting community bonds.
