Christmas Tea Party in Kingston upon Thames with the theme of Peace and Unity

Sushila Abraham has been a lawyer for over 30 years. During the early years of her career, after a master's of laws from the University of London, she worked at different law firms in central London. Sushila has been working in Surrey for nearly 27 years, and for the last 18 years has been running her own practice in Surbiton.

On 7 December 2023, Thursday at 2:30pm, Dialogue Society Kingston branch hosted a “Special Christmas Tea Party” at All Saint Church.

Speakers had speeches about the theme: “Peace and Unity” and shared thoughts and contribution from audience also provided. Guests enjoyed the soothing melodies of the Ney, indulged in delicious Turkish delicacies, and savoured the warmth of tea. A heartfelt thank you to Fr Joe Moffratt, All Saint Church for graciously opening their doors to us, and a special note of gratitude to the former Mayor of Kingston upon Thames, Sushila Abraham for their support.
