The Dialogue Society organised a community iftar in Croydon Parish Church Hall in partnership with Croydon Council, Faith Together in Croydon, Time to Help UK and Croydon Nightwatch under the theme of knife crime and community cohesion. Our distinguished guests, among others, were Cllr Bernadette Khan, the Mayor of Croydon; Councillor Humayun Kabir, the Deputy Mayor of Croydon; Chris Philp MP, local councillors, church leaders, members from Amnesty Croydon and Gill Allan, Communities Faiths Liaison Officer from Croydon Metropolitan Police Service. Croydon Nightwatch raised money for the homeless.
