Dialogue Society Sutton Hosts Interfaith Discussion on the Creation of Humanity

Invitation Only
Free to Attend

The Dialogue Society’s Sutton branch welcomed friends from Wimbledon Synagogue and Sutton Trinity Church for the third event in the Beginnings series. This session explored how the Bible, the Hebrew Bible and the Quran describe the creation of humankind, encouraging participants to reflect on both shared themes and distinctive perspectives within the three Abrahamic faiths.

Building on discussions from the previous two sessions, which examined the creation of the universe, the event fostered thoughtful dialogue, mutual learning and greater understanding across faith traditions. Through respectful conversation and shared reflection, participants strengthened relationships and deepened their appreciation of the values that unite diverse communities.
