As part of Interfaith Week 2024, the Dialogue Society North East Branch visited Cleveland Police Hartlepool Headquarters, engaging with police officers and staff as part of wider efforts to promote understanding, inclusion, and community cohesion.
During the visit, the team shared Noah’s Pudding and its story — a symbolic dessert representing diversity, unity, and coexistence. The sharing created a welcoming moment of conversation and reflection, highlighting the importance of mutual respect and positive relationships between communities and public services.
The visit contributed to strengthening dialogue and trust, demonstrating how small gestures rooted in shared values can support meaningful connections between faith groups and public institutions.
