The Dialogue Society Manchester Branch workshop series organised in collaboration with the local communities brought Muslims and Christians together for a round table discussion of “Women in Society” from the perspective of each religion and the Holy Books. Branch volunteers were delighted to host Rachel, Kate, Nigel, Phil and Max, who shared some intriguing Christian perspectives on the topic as well as engaging in dialogue with us on some highly interesting topics. The group enjoyed putting their questions to each presenter and exchanging thoughts and ideas over tea and snacks. The Manchester Branch sincerely thanks all the participants who made this event highly stimulating and enjoyable.
