Rising as a Civilisation: Which Muslim Countries Can Accept the Challenge?

Muslim civilisation once had global influence. Today, Muslims live in a post-Islamic civilization world. Muslims have three choices. First, to live in their ‘underdeveloped’ world. Second, to live in the ‘developing world through Western modernization theories. Third, to redevelop Muslim civilization again which had once declined. The latter is the important option and major challenge confronting Muslims of the Muslim world. It depends on which Muslims and Muslim countries can accept the challenge?
