Dialogue Society Leeds Branch, in partnership with Castleton Primary School, organised a meaningful visit to Green Lane Intermediate Care Centre on 24th December 2020. Following a long period of pandemic restrictions, this visit brought much-needed joy and connection to care home residents.
Young pupils played a special role in the celebration by preparing 50 handmade Christmas cards, sharing heartfelt messages and festive cheer with the residents. The visit highlighted the importance of intergenerational connection and community engagement during challenging times.
