The Community Christmas Event 2024, organised by Dialogue Society Hull under the theme “Voices in Unity,” was a vibrant celebration of diversity, connection, and shared festive joy. Hosted in partnership with Summit Education Society, the evening welcomed community leaders, faith representatives, volunteers, and residents from a wide range of backgrounds.
With distinguished guests including the Deputy Lord Mayor, the High Sheriff, and members of Hull Minster, the event featured an engaging programme of live music, poetry, games, and a festive dinner. More than just a celebration, the gathering created a meaningful space for dialogue, understanding, and friendship.
By bringing together people of different cultures, beliefs, and experiences, the event played a powerful role in strengthening community bonds and building bridges across divides.
