The elders would take the young people to plant trees and show them how to care for them in Turkey. We keep carrying this tradition in the UK. The youngsters planted the trees in east Hull to help combat carbon emissions. We are thankful to Hull City Council and Hull urban forestry officer Tim Beckley for the help they offer during the project.
