As well as having inherently different approaches and aspects, Christianity and Islam have some common grounds and subjects and the Holy Prophet of Christianity Jesus is an example. In order to have a deeper understanding of how Christianity and Islam approach Mary, Jesus and the birth of Jesus, we are holding a seminar. Mrs. Christine Jackson will speak about the Christian approach and Dr Ismail Mesut Sezgin will speak about the Muslim approach on these issues. The event will take place on Monday, 18th March 2019 at our community building in Attercliffe, Sheffield. We will have the opportunity to view and analyse how these two different beliefs see these issues at the same time. The event will start at 6.30pm and will consist of two sessions and a refreshment break. We kindly invite anyone who is interested. We also believe that such events give us the opportunity to get together and get to know new people. Therefore, everyone is welcome. The event is free of charge.
