This session will provide you with a new way of understanding your own and others’ personality and motivation. Your window on the world will be wider. It will also increase your awareness of those interpersonal skills that can increase personal effectiveness and lead to more open, productive relationships.
Roger is currently HR Director for a group of advertising agencies within Omnicom, the world’s largest. He also does consultancy work for Imperial College, Merck-Serono, Nestle’, and the St John’s Ambulance Brigade. Previous jobs have been at Mars, Pfizer and Whitbreads with a shortish spell at a Soho fashion house that made Cilla Black’s frocks. Outside work, Roger is keen on all things Italian, travel and trying to tame an obstreperous house and garden.
