The Dialogue Society North East Branch, in collaboration with the Magic Memories Friendship Group, successfully hosted a cultural workshop celebrating the richness of folklore music alongside a multicultural buffet. The event brought together members of the community in a warm and engaging environment, fostering meaningful dialogue through shared cultural experiences.

The workshop focused on Anatolian folklore music, offering participants an opportunity to learn about its history, themes, and cultural significance, as well as to actively engage in musical performance. This interactive element created a unique space where attendees could connect beyond language and background, experiencing the unifying power of music first-hand.

Emphasising that music is a universal language rooted in love and human connection, the event highlighted the importance of cultural exchange in building stronger, more inclusive communities. Through this gathering, participants not only explored traditions but also strengthened bonds across cultures, demonstrating how the arts can serve as a powerful bridge between diverse groups.
