The Life of a Chickpea is a multiple award-winning initiative, generously funded by The National Lottery Community Fund over five years. This support enables our work across five London boroughs—Sutton, Croydon, Kingston, Barnet, and Enfield—bringing communities together through education, dialogue, and storytelling.​

Developed by the Dialogue Society, the project uses the humble chickpea as a symbol to explore themes of identity, belonging, equalities, diversity and British values through interactive workshops, and storytelling sessions.
